The Tower - Escape, Imprisonment and Execution.

Discover the dark bowels of this great Royal palace and the stories of those held prisoner there, from Ranulf Flambard Bishop of Durham who in 1128 became the first to escape the Tower, to Katherine Howard wife of Henry VIII in 1542, Guy Fawkes in 1606, and John Felton the assassin who murdered the Duke of Buckingham in 1628, as well as Carl Lody the German spy who was executed there in 1914.
Discover their lives and deaths and those of others who passed through Traitors Gate.
