Yarn Bombing at RSPB Saltholme

Yarn Bombing is back at RSPB Saltholme and it's bigger and better than last year! Visit the reserve throughout January, and see our knitted nature.

This year we've a literary theme, with stories like, Wind in the Willows, The Gruffalo, Peter Rabbit and more being created by our ever growing team of dedicated knitters.

Saltholme’s main site is open every day 9:30 am to 4 pm except Christmas Day. The cafe is open 9:30 am – 4 pm all year round.

Entrance charges: £5 per car, but
