Make a beautiful welsh stick chair by hand using traditional tools in the woods of a fabulous Elizabethan House.
All the materials are harvested from the surrounding woods and are sustainably managed by volunteers. You will learn how to select the right pieces of timber and use a pole lathe to turn spindles under the sensitive guidance of our woodwork tutor, Isis.

The course runs over 2 days at a total cost of £140 per person. Over 18's only please.
