Our Space Memory Café is a new project providing a gathering place for people with memory concerns or a diagnosis of Dementia or Alzheimer's along with their carers or family members.
It is a friendly relaxed environment enabling opportunity for people to relax and enjoy socialising, refreshments, activities, entertainment, access to information and resources and opportunity to expend networks to reduce risk of isolation.
