“A tale of friendship, love and sacrifice set against the backdrop of a world in flames...” From the director and writer of the award winning Grav comes a new play written to mark the centenary of the end of World War One. In July 1916 during the infamous Battle of the Somme, Mametz Wood echoed to the sounds of war. Fifty years later in a clearing in the middle of the wood an old man has returned to lay a ghost to rest.
