Group Sound Healing/ Gong Bath

This is a Gong bath or Sonic Meditation. We lay on our yoga mats to experience this deeply relaxing & meditative sound journey using Gongs, Tibetan and Chrystal singing bowls & traditional shamanic instruments. The soothing & sacred sounds vibrate deep into our body on a cellular level, massaging our internal organs to release stress. We may even journey out into the stars in a light trance where we can sort out our emotional issues. No previous experience needed. Simply the easiest meditation y

£13 each. 7.15pm till 8.45 Please arrive on time to settle as the doors close at 7.30 for security reasons. Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket to stay warm. Air beds and douvet are ok.
