Pregnancy Yoga
Prepare - Breathe - Stretch - Ease - Tone - Strengthen - Relax - Connect - Have fun!
In these classes we support the body on its journey through pregnancy, helping to alleviate problems such as backache and preparing the body for childbirth with strengthening exercises, breathing techniques and positive visualisation. Appropriate adaptations are made for each trimester. The classes also offer a chance to connect with ourselves, our unborn baby and other mothers to be during this special time.

£9 drop in. 6 week class pass £45 (valid 7 weeks)
