The Bullock Smithy Hike begins at 12.00 noon in Hazel Grove on the A523 (Macclesfield Road) Walkers/Runners then have a dramatic start ascending to the highs of Lyme Park- Bowstones. From here, the hike scales Chinley Churn, Edale Cross and then tracks laterally across the Edale and Castleton Valley. At the furthest point and typically in the dark, walkers pass through Millers Dale, Chelmorton and Earl Strendale
