1940’s Tea Party for RAF 100
People have visited Anne Hathaway’s Cottage for hundreds of years including during WW2, when lots of British and American soldiers and pilots visited the cottage with their sweethearts. To celebrate 100 years of the RAF we are hosting a 1940s-themed tea dance with music and dressing-up. Don’t forget to tweet us your memories and pictures of visiting the cottage over the years by tagging @ShakespeareBT and using the hashtag #RAF100
The Shakespeare Family Homes are open 363 days a year (Shakespeare’s Birthplace opens every day except Christmas Day; seasonal opening at Mary Arden’s Farm). A Full Story Ticket with entry to all five
