Dr Sophie Coulombeau is Lecturer in Eighteenth-Century and Romantic Literature at Cardiff University. She’s also a novelist, who published her first novel, Rites, in 2012, and is finishing up her second, which is based on the treason trials of the 1790s and is called Point No Point.
