Join Rainbow House and our Guide to the Sands Michael Wilson for a unique and picturesque 8 mile walk from the pretty promenade of Arnside to Kents Bank, near Grange over Sands.
During the famous walk you should expect to get wet up to your knees, (or higher, depending on how tall you are) as you cross the tidal sands and mudflats of Morecambe Bay.
This is a great opportunity to be part of an unforgettable experience as well as raising money for Rainbow House.

This magnificent walk starts at 10am and will take approx 4 hrs to compete, depending on the route taken and the progress on the day.
