Ickworth - Living History - Jubilee Celebrations
Capture a glimpse of the past as a day in the life of a 1930s basement unfolds around you. The 6th May 1935 marked the start of George V Silver Jubilee celebrations and was declared a public holiday. Lord and Lady Bristol have arranged a big celebration in the Park which all the servants and estate workers are invited to attend. Today, the servants are preparing for this exciting event and having a little celebration of their own. Booking Not Needed.
