A 10 minute talk introducing James and Margaret Dawson, who built Wray Castle. James and Margaret Dawson were a middle-class couple, products of the Industrial Revolution in Liverpool. Upon retirement, and inheriting a large amount of money, they built a statement home in the Lake District. In this short talk, you'll hear about the building of Wray Castle and their life there.
