Have you ever wanted a low impact workout that actually helps you get fit? Let me introduce you to PiYo LIVE! Sweat, stretch, and strengthen in one low-impact, body-sculpting workout. It'll help you strengthen your core and build muscle using your own body weight. The best part is - any fitness level can do it. The class will initially have just a 30 minute workout. This if for ALL fitness levels. I'll actually be doing the modifications but will show you how to progress so anyone at
