Through the weekend you will be guided by 4 tutors each with their own specialties and experience in their field. The aim of this course is to give learners a range of mindfulness techniques and practical bushcraft skills which can be used during your own outdoor pursuits whether you're an Outdoor Professional or you have a keen interest in engaging with nature on a deeper level.
