'The Endurance of Landscape Painting' a talk by artist Chris Holman
Chris's talk will include some reference to his own work in the context of the history of landscape painting in general. When so many of today's artists today place importance on ideas, he will consider the relevance of painting of landscapes from observation using what might be considered traditional techniques. The talk will be illustrated with digital slide images and will be really informative and accessible to all - definitely worth the £5 ticket price!
Wednesday 21 March 6-8pm. The cafe will be open on arrival and for the mid-way break. Tickets £5 (available from LT Gallery in advance or on the door)
