Against All Odds
Anuja Dhir was born in Dundee and attended Harris Academy before coming to the University of Dundee to study English and Scottish Law. She graduated in 1988 and moved to London with a Gray’s Inn Scholarship to sit her Bar finals shortly afterwards. She practised at the bar for 23 years, prosecuting and defending in serious criminal cases and appeared in cases involving national security and human rights.
