Easter Saturday performance of Bach’ St. Mark Passion - Bach’s lost Passion brought back to life.
Conducted by their Musical Director- Thomas Payne; Shrewsbury Cantata Choir will be performing the St. Mark Passion by Johann Sebastian Bach at 7.30pm on Saturday, 31st March at Shrewsbury Abbey. “It will be one of very few performances over the last three hundred years”, says Cantata Chairman Joe Gomme, so “It is a very special occasion”.
