Joining Alex on stage are Andy Mackenzie and Sylvain Gachot from Lainston House hotel , TV’s favourite chocolate master Mark Tilling, winner of Crème de la Crème Bake off and Craig McColm and Daniel Noonan from The Jetty Southampton Harbour Hotel.
