Guildford School of Acting students present arguably the best known of all musical theatre heroines: Charity Hope Valentine, “a girl who wanted to be loved.” One of the most famous shows by legendary director/choreographer Bob Fosse, Sweet Charity (Thursday 7 – Saturday 9 June) also boasts a laugh-a-minute script by the incomparable Neil Simon, set to Cy Coleman’s rhythms and sounds which bring 60’s New York to life.
