Focusing Workshop: 'All Of Me'
The practice of Focusing is about deepening inner awareness and acceptance of all parts of our self, enabling us better to flourish and live creatively. Following the successful Focusing workshop at Bleddfa last year, Elizabeth Halls is returning with four workshops in 2018. The second workshop of 2018 is “All Of Me': Focusing for creative and life blocks. Focusing brings awareness to the inner dynamics that often appear to work against us in the things we most desire to do or achieve.
