Now is the time to plan ahead and consider your winter growing space. With a little forward planning, you can produce food all year round! This full day course will show you that there is more to growing winter veg than swedes and leeks and will introduce you to the wide array of exciting crops that can be grown. We will also show you ways of getting around the ‘hungry gap’ period, by looking at different methods of protected cropping. What you need to bring: Sensible shoes and outdoor wear
