CAMBRIDGE, 1896. WHERE KNOWLEDGE COULD COST A WOMAN EVERYTHING.
Four young women arrive at Girton College, the first in Britain to admit female students. Together they embark on a challenging year of studies at the college. Branded outcasts, unnatural and unmarriageable the girls are determined to gain the right to graduate and the recognition they deserve. Have they made the right decision to choose an education over marriage?
