Step Out for Stroke is a fun, one mile sponsored walk for people of all ages and abilities, including stroke survivors and their friends and families. You can walk at your own pace and in your own time, and whether you walk a few steps or the full mile, you’re doing something wonderful to help us conquer stroke.

It costs just £6 to enter, including an official t-shirt, fundraising pack and finisher’s medal. Registration opens at 1pm, and the walk will begin at 2pm.
