Felt making workshop - Gap Festival
In this workshop you will learn how to make your own felt, manipulating it into different shapes. Using just coloured unspun wools, hot water and soap you can create your own pieces of at felt as well as three-dimensional designs. The technique is called wet-felting and this ancient craft is simple and quick. We will be making felt flowers which can be used as ornaments, decoration on bags, clothes or even hats.
By the end of the afternoon you will know enough to have a go at home!
