Banging The Drum - Music before WW1 and the Accrington Pals Band

Ian McGuinness of East Lancashire Concert Band, The Accrington Pals Band in 1914, will give an illustrated talk with vintage musical instruments, a wind-up gramophone, and pre-WW1 records.
He will reveal how Banging the Drum opened may unexpected doors and revealed interesting glimpses of local Lancashire history.

7.00 pm. Admission £2.00 to non-members.
