5Rhythms Raw - 5Rhythms weekly dance class with Kate Iwi

Raw is a 2 hour, drop in, freestyle 5Rhythms dance class. You don’t have to be agile or ‘good’ at dance. You’ll find that by moving at your own pace, in your own way, you’ll leave feeling more alive and relaxed.

5Rhythms is about freeing up your dance, exercising all of your body, providing an outlet to express yourself, relax yourself and help you to feel more alive.
