Join Fulham care home for a royal celebration this Care Home Open Day

A care home in Fulham is inviting local people to visit the home to join in its celebrations for Care Home Open Day.

On Saturday 21st April, from 2.30pm-4.30pm, the team at Farm Lane care home on Farm Lane, will be opening the doors to the care home for a free family-friendly event. The day is in celebration of Care Home Open Day, a countrywide initiative to create lasting relationships between care homes and their local communities.
