Great British Bump-Off
The Tockwith Players present 'The Great British Bump-Off'. A 'Who Dun It?' theatre play directed by David Hardman, written by Lesley Gunn and published by Lazy Bee Scripts. With light-bites and licenced bar. Cabaret style seating.
The play focuses on the efforts of the Village Hall Committee, which is working flat out to make sure this year’s Fete is even more successful than last year. Heading up the team is the ever dependable ‘Matron’ who runs the show with military precision. This year she has asked celebrity TV baker Eduardo D’ Angelo to judge the baking competition, which is taken very seriously in Tockwith and contestants are dying to compete. Patricia, however, is not happy with the addition of Eduardo to the judging panel and will fight this to the death to get her own way. Did I say death? Come and watch how the day progresses down at the village hall…….
Doors open 7pm.
Play starts 7.30pm.
Tickets are £8, including light-bites.
