A new display in The Community Art Space. Showcasing Calligraphy work by Tom, a former mining surveyor from the North East, was fascinated by the lettering used by surveyors on mining plans. This lead to a lifelong interest in calligraphy, not only on paper but on stones and shells collected on the beach at Newbiggin by the Sea, Northumberland
