May Day weekend is when Radnorshire CAMRA have the Llandrindod Wells Ale Trail. This includes 3 pubs. Avon Ale House, Llanerch Inn, Middleton Arms, a tented area, and the Conservative Club, which is open to all during the event. (although the Conservative Club suggests a political establishment, nothing could be further from the truth. The membership is made up of a cosmopolitan section of the local population, and welcomes CAMRA members with a valid membership card) Several have cider for sale
