A moderate, circular 7 mile hill walk, setting off from the Dyfed/Powys border, onto Lluest Dolgwiail, following Afon Diluw until reaching the bothy at Nant Rhys. This is a joint event with the Brecon Beacons Park Society.

Please bring stout footwear, waterproofs, packed lunch including drinks, also sun cream and insect repellent and don't forget your camera and binoculars.
