Dorking Town Centre Pub Walks
Following last year’s highly successful exhibition on the story of Dorking pubs, the Museum walks team is running guided pub walks. These take in some of the former and current pub sites within Dorking town centre, relating their history and pointing out some of their features. At their peak, there were 46 licensed premises in Dorking! Walks last 90 minutes. Open Day 7th July, 6pm, from outside Halifax, High Street, advance booking. Group walks (minimum 10 people) by appointment at a time to
