Beginners belly dance classes at the new purpose built dance studios at Dance City Sunderland. Drop in classes...pay per class or pay for a batch of 4 or more and save money. Bellydance is great exercise and good fun as well. Classes are friendly and relaxed and can be adapted to all levels of fitness. Wear something loose and comfortable and a scarf around your hips if you like. Dancing is usually done in bare feet.
