Leith Hill Place - Opera Prelude concert: 'Forever England'
Opera Prelude return to Leith Hill Place as part of their 2018 summer season of events, for a concert entitled 'Forever England: English song in the years of the First World War'. 100 years after the end of the First World War, this recital is in celebration of English Song and in particular the work of William Denis Browne, a British composer whose fantastic song output was cut brutally short by his death during action in the Gal.
