Picnic Concert and Remembering The Lovat Scouts Memorial Dedication
A recreation of the fundraising concerts held in 1915 followed by a more contemporary swing concert by the KingSwingers.
The event will start with the dedication of the memorial to the Lovat Scouts by the Bishop of Lynn with pipers playing Lord Lovat’s Lament over the trenches. We expect to welcome several honoured guests many connected with the Lovat Scouts.
There will be a Beer Tent and freshly made sandwiches available so only necessary to bring a rug to sit on.
Parking on Monks Close Fiel
