Exhibition: '5000 Poppies'
A COMMUNITY TRIBUTE OF RESPECT AND REMEMBRANCE
Following the overwhelming response to the 5,000 Poppies project which ultimately saw over 20,000 knitted, crocheted and felt poppies crafted by local people displayed at the Museum in the autumn of 2017, the project team is aiming for 100,000 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the First World War Armistice.
