Chocolate Truffles Workshop Adult Intermediate

For those who have attended the beginner's truffles workshop or have some experience of working with chocolate. You will make flavoured truffles of your choice using chocolate moulds. You will use a chocolate tempering machine to coat the moulds and seal them. The chocolates will be decorated with cocoa butter transfers. You will make one tray of chocolates (approx 18-20).
