Come and Meet the Settlers - a day of family activities
Come and see the Bifrost Guard, local Viking re-enactors, and try some of the following activities:
Wattle and Daub our Iron Age Roundhouse, make Saxon pottery, experience Roman cookery, follow the Settlers’ Trails, ‘Try on Settlers Fashions’ and take a selfie with Willow and Stan, try archery or axe throwing, carving a Wooden Spoon, and ‘Messy Museum’ (Free event for 8-11 years, pre-book to be an Archaeologist!)
Many of the activities will be hands-on and suitable for all the family. Enj
