Memory Paintings Workshop
Katie Taylor has been the lead artist for the Our Place project working with Crisis artists. Katie’s own practice explores identity and memory often using textiles and historical reference as a starting point.
This simple workshop will allow you to create memory paintings of lace in ink. If you have your own lace sample that has particular memory attached to it bring it along. It will not be damaged but will be lightly sprayed with water.
