Come and spend the evening with Carmela and she will share with you her passion for cooking simple, inexpensive, flavoursome dishes using good quality seasonal ingredients. Get ready for a festive feast, with tiramisu doused in amaretto and layered with dark chocolate and clementine followed by a mixed nut and cherry cantuccini biscotti, a classic panforte and torta della nonna sprinkled with pinenuts.
