Mildenhall Lodge is pleased to welcome Lisa Frain, dementia navigator at Sue Ryder Dementia Together. Lisa will be available at the home for this information session, with practical advice and support for people living with dementia.

Dementia Together has been developed to enable people living with dementia to make their own choices and continue to live independent and fulfilling lives. This event will offer the opportunity for
