BabyBeats is a unique class that aims to enhance the bond between Mum and Baby.
We use a combination of elements such as Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Sensory Play, Adult Yoga, Pilates and Postnatal fitness exercises to allow Mum and Baby to get the most from each class

From post 6 week check to fast crawling.
Thursday's 12.45am at Nuffield Health Doncaster, classes include a FREE mother and baby swim!
