Harrow care home helps town become dementia friendly
From 3pm-4pm, the local community can drop in to Care UK’s Buchanan Court on Sudbury Hill and learn about what it is like to live with dementia.
Dementia Friends Champion and customer relations manager at Buchanan Court, Lorelei Shepherd, will offer practical advice and tips on how to overcome communications barriers, as well as discovering positive approaches to living with dementia.
