Coming soon, our first event of 2023, the 22nd annual Woodbridge Mind Body Spirit Festival.
Make time to relax and unwind, begin to trust your intuition and to make choices that better support your health and wellbeing.
Over 40 carefully selected stands. Many new exhibitors, with spiritual gifts, crystals, jewellery, psychics, mediums, healers and natural wellbeing therapists.
There will be a wide array of workshops, talks and demonstrations and the ever popular ‘Mediumship Demonstration’.
You can choose from a wide range of holistic healing therapies giving taster treatments, readings and natural medicine advice. Experience the healing calmness of the Buddha Cave and meditation space, free sessions all weekend.
Freshly cooked hot and cold food and amazing cakes, all diets catered for, with vegetarian and vegan options.
Live stage performances from harpist Ruth Anderson, vocals and guitar with Wayne McHugh. Also returning by popular demand, singer songwriters Danny and Paul playing original folk/rock/blues.
So get yourself some tea and cake, pull up a chair and come and enjoy the atmosphere. Bring your friends and have a good catch-up!
