Pirton Remembers the Fallen 1914 -1918
Saint Peter’s Church, remembers the fallen and has been awarded 10 silhouettes funded by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust.
The silhouettes will form part of a tribute to those from the village who served during the First World War. 9 silhouettes will form part of a tribute to the nine men from the village who gave their lives and are commemorated on the war memorial in the church. The event is organised by The Friends of St Peter’s Church Pirton the church will be open daily Monday 5th November until Sunday 11th November 2018 from 10-00am until 4-00pm. A service of Remembrance
