This 9-week Introduction to Chen style Tai Chi Chuan from Berkshire Tai Chi is designed for those with no previous experience, either of Tai Chi in general or Chen style in particular.
It will introduce participants to the origins, principles, and practice of traditional Chen style Tai Chi; the original family style developed some 350 years ago.
