Orpington care home helps spread festive cheer
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at an Orpington care home, as the local community is invited to celebrate the festive season at its annual Christmas Fayre.
On Saturday 15th December, the team at Care UK’s Foxbridge House on Sevenoaks Road will open its doors from 2pm-4pm, to bring some Christmas spirit to the town.
Visitors will be able to start their Christmas shopping at a number of stalls, and enjoy festive treats including mince pies and mulled wine. There will also be seasonal entertainment provided by West End performer Annalene Beechly.
Carol McCormack, home manager at Foxbridge House, said: “Christmas has officially arrived here at Foxbridge House, and we’re thrilled to be able to bring everyone together for an afternoon of festive fun!"
Foxbridge House has been designed to deliver the very best standards of care and to enable residents to live active and fulfilled lives. The home provides full time residential, nursing and dementia care, as well as short-term respite care.
