The Green Gym enables volunteers to get active, outdoors and improve the environment and their local community.
All sessions are FREE! and everyone is welcome regardless of experience, ability or fitness. Each session provides a range of new and interesting outdoor practical conservation experiences to improve strength and stamina, boost practical skills and give the opportunity to meet other volunteers with similar interests.

Days: The Green Gym in Lloyd park has sessions running every Friday.
Time: Meet at 10:45 at the Stables building in Lloyd Park; sessions run from 10:45 to 14:00.
