Montgomery Canal Triathalon
The Montgomery Canal Triathlon 2019 is a great day out for families with children as well as experienced triathletes. The route involves cycling , walking and canoeing along the 35 miles of the Montgomery Canal , from Newtown to Lower Frankton, near Oswestry.
